NC-STTNG

I thought it’d be neat to see NC in a Starfleet outfit, so here she is.  🙂

If you think there should be any changes made, critiques are welcome. This was probably the most elaborate background I’ve ever done so I think even if NC isn’t perfect, the background is much better than I usually do.
